Order Process

The product sent will exactly match the specifications, contents, and images stated on the product page. The product will be packaged appropriately for shipping and its structure. Orders will be shipped to the delivery address you specify by our contracted courier. We do not offer any other shipping methods besides this one.

If your orders meet the minimum order value advertised on our website and/or qualify for free shipping, shipping is free; otherwise, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer. In cases where the buyer pays the shipping fee, our contracted shipping company offers a price advantage.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM on weekdays are expected to be handed over to the shipping company the same day, while orders placed after 12:00 PM are expected to be handed over the next business day. Delivery to the shipping company may be delayed due to capacity issues and/or vehicle malfunctions. Payments made via bank transfer/EFT (excluding credit or debit cards) must be completed within 24 hours. Otherwise, Analog Kültür reserves the right to cancel your order.

Due to issues such as capacity overload at the shipping and receiving branches of the courier company, delivery times may be delayed by 1 business day. Information regarding delivery times is provided by the courier company you have chosen. Analog Kültür's responsibility for delivery is limited to the legally mandated timeframes stipulated in the legislation. Beyond this, the procedures of the courier company you have chosen apply. It is recommended that you track your product using the tracking number provided by Analog Kültür and /or the courier company, and contact the courier company if you notice any problems.

Orders placed from anywhere will be delivered quickly, conveniently, and securely to your desired address.

Delivery Process

To quickly and effectively resolve any problems that may arise during the shipping process after placing your order, you can contact the customer service of our contracted shipping company. We will do our best to reach a solution quickly and ensure your satisfaction.

If you are not at the address you specified in your order during delivery, the courier company will return the product to the branch. If the product is not collected from the branch within the return period specified by the courier company, return procedures will be applied. If you used the courier delivery option and delivery is not possible due to you not being at the address or providing an incorrect address, etc., and the courier company cannot reach you, the product will be returned directly and return procedures will be applied.

Problems such as partial or complete loss or damage of the product during shipping may occur due to the shipping company. If you suspect a problem with the product's volume or that the package is damaged, please check the package in the presence of the delivery person before accepting it. To accurately determine if there is a shipping problem, please take photos and videos upon delivery. In case of any undesirable situations such as damaged or missing products, you can fill out a "Damage Assessment Report" and submit your return request along with the report to iade@analogkultur.com. We kindly request your support in our efforts to protect our customers.

Our contracted courier company delivers to all regions of Türkiye. However, delivery days or methods may vary for certain specific areas. If our contracted courier company does not have a branch in your area, that region is considered a mobile delivery area, and deliveries are made on specific days of the week. Delivery is not possible to areas outside of city and district centers, remote areas where vehicle delivery is not possible, or locations such as military bases where access is restricted for security reasons. If you reside in such areas, please specify a different delivery address where delivery is possible. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any delays, non-delivery, or other issues with your shipment.

Delivery time varies depending on the shipping method you choose. Please take this into account when requesting delivery dates, durations, and times.

Store Pickup

For in-store pickup options, payments are accepted via bank transfer or credit card upon pickup. Products will be ready for pickup from the store within a maximum of 4 business days. Orders not picked up within the following 3 days will be cancelled.

Return Process

The seller is obligated to return the total amount and any documents obligating the buyer to debt within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, and to retrieve the goods within 20 days.
If the value of the goods decreases or return becomes impossible due to a fault of the buyer, the buyer is obligated to compensate the seller for the damages in proportion to the buyer's fault. If, due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the amount falls below the campaign limit set by the SELLER, the discount amount received under the campaign will be canceled.

Second-hand products and records, CDs, and cassettes sold through www.analogkultur.com are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.

The buyer must notify the seller by phone, fax, email, or telephone by the end of business on the day the order was confirmed in order to cancel the order.
